How to get a Job

What can you do to better your chances of getting a job in the library?

  1. Email a virtual resume to  fall2013@posterous.com answering why you should be hired to work at the David O. McKay Library and what skills and unique talents you have. (You can watch examples from past students under the Virtual Resume page.)
  2. While emailing your virtual resume also attach a copy of your 1.) written resume and 2.) your filled out McKay Library Application.
  3. Enroll in and successfully complete the LR 111 class. If you do not complete the course before you are hired, you will still be expected to complete it once you are.
